Topic                           : Tell about Experience

Competence
Understanding about past tense and can express it in dialogue.
Objectives
- Student are understand about regular and irregular verb.
- Student are able to use regular and irregular verb in simple dialogue.

Technique
Work in pair and practice in front of class

Method
Audio-lingual method

Material
Regular verbs
Look at the following pictures. Make short dialogues telling what you did
yesterday.
For example:
Ari : What did you do yesterday?
Budi : I worked yesterday.



Irregular verbs
Look at the pictures. Make short dialogues telling what you did last
weekend.
For example:
Ani : What did you do last weekend?
Bimo : I got up late



Teaching Activity
Pre Activity (15 minutes)

- Teacher greets the students, “Good Morning, Students? How’s the day?” and the students give    the respond
- Teacher checks the attendance list.
  -  Teacher asks the students randomly about what are student doing yesterday.
Whilst Activity (50 minutes)
-     Teacher shows some picture and says the activity based on the picture in past form (regular or irregular verb)
-     Teacher ask the student to repeat the vocabulary that her said, like (cooked, danced, took, got, washed)
-     Teacher ask the student randomly to repeat what teacher says.
-     Teacher ask the student to come to in front of class, give he / she marker and picture, ask to them to write the activity based on the picture.
-     Teacher check the student work, and repair their work
-     Student can read and write true form based on teacher’s work
-     Teacher ask the student to work in pair and practice the material
For example : A : what did you do yesterday ?
                         B : I washed my shoes.
-     Teacher ask the student and their couple to come to in front of the class
-     Teacher give them the picture and they make mini dialogue based on the picture
Post activity (15 minutes)
-     Teacher Corrects the students’ pronunciation and ask them to repeat the words with good pronunciation
-     Teacher reviews how to use irregular and regular verb in past tense
-     End the class

Evaluation
-     Teacher give some picture and ask the student to make mini dialogue based on the picture
-     Teacher ask student randomly to read aloud their work

Scoring System
-     Grammar              : 10%
-     Pronunciation        : 15%
-      Fluency                : 30%
-     Accuracy              : 20%
-     Performance         : 25%
